At Kinder Quest, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

14-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags included.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or supplied incorrectly:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or sale items marked as non-returnable
  • Personal care or hygiene products that have been opened
  • Products damaged through misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Kinder Quest will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if an incorrect item was supplied.

If you would like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.

Consumer Rights

This policy is provided in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (South Africa). Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable South African law.
